Infrastructure Development and Management (iDM), is a company formed by ASI Group Ltd. (ASI) and Integrated Municipal Services (IMS) a division of Walker Industries, to provide water and wastewater infrastructure development, design/build, operations and financing services for capital improvement projects for municipalities, industries, commercial clients, and resort and recreation property owners.
ASI specializes in water and wastewater operations and engineering, and underwater infrastructure inspection, maintenance and repair services. ASI provides design, construction management and operation of municipal and industrial water and wastewater systems. 24/7 remote monitoring systems and Certified Class I to IV Operators allows us to monitor and operate a number of water and wastewater facilities efficiently and professionally. System design proceeds from initial assimilative capacity studies, to environmental approval stages, to plant commissioning. Our team has completed a number of process design and optimization projects for existing municipal and industrial systems.

IMS provides general contracting, landfill management, industrial and municipal, landfill gas utilization, site remediation and biosolids management for two of the largest municipalities in Ontario.
